We will strive to nurture two complimentary influences - the church and the family - making a greater impact on the next generations TOGETHER rather than leaving each other hanging out there on their own without the encouragement, strength, and will to fight for each other's unique call and purposes.
- Pastor Pete Beerman, THREE Lead Pastor
"These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframe of your houses and on your gates."

FAMILY MINISTRY ||| WHAT IS IT & WHAT IS THE END GOAL? Family Ministry is the purposeful, intentional effort by THREE to synchronize church leaders, church volunteers and parents - WHETHER MARRIED, divorced, OR SINGLE - around a master plan FOR THE CHURCH AND THE HOME TO PARTNER TOGETHER, IN ORDER TO build faith and character in their sons & daughters, leading them into a TREASURED relationship with Jesus Christ.
FAMILY MINISTRY ||| WHY? 1) CHILDREN need parents who will help them advance in their relationship with God.
2) Parents - whether married, divorced, or single - need healthy, vibrant churches that will help them know how to BEST navigate life and be spiritual leaders in the home.
3) Churches need leaders to lead with a deep compassion for the family; FOCUSING more ON the entire family and it's ever-increasing need to be encouraged, strengthened, and fought for.
THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN & STUDENTS ||| 5 ESSENTIALS
1) A REALLY BIG GOD THEY CAN TRUST NO MATTER WHAT CHILDREN should grow up knowing that God is big enough to handle whatever they may face. 2) SOMEONE ELSE WHO BELIEVES WHAT THEY BELIEVE CHILDREN need friends who will encourage them to grow in their faith. 3) Another voice SAYING THE SAME CONSISTENT THINGS THEIR PARENTS ARE SAYING As children grow older, it becomes more important to have other adults of character and moral authority in their lives as spiritual leaders and mentors. 4) COMMON SENSE TO HELP THEM MAKE WISE CHOICES in an unwise, selfish culture God's point of view and His Truth should become the filter. 5) INTENTIONAL PARENTS WHO KNOW WHERE THEIR KIDS ARE SPIRITUALLY Intentional parents spending time together with their children and staying actively involved in their spiritual growth.
